Did you get the Jenny Craig version of the HyperFlow TMIC? I don't know of any aftermarket top mount that didn't require trimming of the engine cover. There must be a secret install method you know of!

yeah it depends, I noticed sometimes the cover fits, sometimes it doesn't....

Hi Guys,

I am personally getting an AVO one, The hyperflow one looks alright, but like Tangcla i have had communication issues with them, also on my rex, i experienced pressure drops across the cooler and less with the AVO one, so i am going AVO, just my personal experience,

I've been doing a bit of my own research in recent months for a new TMIC.

Personally didn't find Hyperflow too bad to deal with, although they were a little slow with getting back to me particularly via e-mail (But who isn’t these days?). In terms of their product, most people are very happy with it. But as some members have already stated the pressure drops are not uncommon.

AVO seems to be the pic of them. Many members are running them & are very happy. In fact, most tuning places I have spoken to in Sydney have stated that the AVO is the better product.

So when it comes time to buy my TMIC, I'll be going for AVO. Of course if you want to spend uber large amounts of cash, you could always look at the HKS version. It only about 1k more. & get this, their SSQV still doesn't bolt straight on!
