Exhaust Question

HKS make one for the Liberty.

AVO one is much cheaper though, ~$1K. I am unsure of power gains, I *still* haven't got around to getting my car tuned yet :lol:

$1k sounds good to me! Where can I get the AVO dump pipe from?

Anyone know how much the HKS dump pipe is?

also will the AVO fit directly on with the fuji cat back? as said before they both bolt directly on so it shouldnt be a problem but i just like to double check!

i can get the AVO dump for you,
last time I checked HKS dump pipe is around $1500

AVO also has 1 cat where HKS has 2 cats, this is probably the main reason for the price difference.

Although I haven't had the chance to test it, I would expect the AVO to flow better than the HKS. But the AVO will be then make your mufflers bit louder.

It will fit onto to Fuji, no probs.

I have the AVO downpipe, bolts straight up to the stock Y-pipe. So if the Fujitsubo bolts up, then it will work fine

Clarence, how did you find the noise level increase from inside the cabin after your AVO upgrade? Still tolerable?

On stock muffs, was slightly louder, changed the note though. Turbo spool sounds hot

part of the reason why I sold the pod, cos I love the sound of turbo spool.

I'm pretty set on getting the AVO dump pipe since I want to get the AVO TMIC as well. Although what difference would it make 1 cat or 2 cats? Just noise?

If i get the AVO dump pipe and fuji super R cat back should I get a hi flow cat? .. or am I totally wrong? lol hope someone understands what im trying to say

i cant say much for the AVO dump pipe as iv never bought one

but the HKS dump for the 04-06 2.0LGT's has only ONE high flow stainless steel race cat

and yes this will bolt up to your Fujitsubo catback

*only the 07-08 2.0L Turbo Legacys in Japan use the HKS twin cat dump pipes
