Just to correct kiahatsu's post on one thing:

I was running a standard location gt2871, with a t28 flange, which was mated to a custom mines 1.5 scroll up pipe modified by mick from garage 88 to suit t28 flange.

My twist mount is my current setup gtx3076

Not sure man. Problem is my car is MIA (in the storage container of shame) on the Sunshine coast at the moment. If you arn't in a rush they will out. I'll check what condition they are in first. Only been in the car 12-18 months.

Bigger is generally better. I'll look into them via google.
Edit: look okay, overhead isn't really there for e85 though.

I only use 98, does that matter?

It makes me think you are less of a man. 740 would be enough for 98. Heck 550 would be.

Hi All,

I have a 2004 GT Sedan, and I like the idea of rebuilding the vf38, with vf34 internals. Does this give me my beloved rumble ? or does it come as a combo with headers etc.

Car is totally stock, and I like it, Just want some noise :)

Cheers

Need headers. Rumble sucks. Fun for about 2 minutes.

Ouch! Wtf! Why would I want to use e85 over 98 anyway?

E85 costs much less. You burn about 20 percent more then 98. Still works out cheaper. The potential for power is far greater. You can make the same power as 98 on much lower boost. You can run more timing and more agressive avcs set ups to get the turbo spooling much earlier. It smells nice.
