Backfires under heavy acceleration HELP!

Ok, So Friday I parked my car, was running fine. Today (monday) I drove it and As I was about to do a pass under heavy acceleration I heard what was akin to antilag (lol). Pap Pap...
It hesitates when it is doing this, noticeable power loss


This continued through the day. It was even heard once after I let go off the throttle from a heavy accel. Checked learning view my IAM is at 1, no timing being pulled anywhere. Fuel trim 40+ has 3.2%

Now, It has been raining all week i'm not sure how that would help with you guy's opinion.

Engine is EJ20X from Liberty GT (JDM). Has quad AVCS

I would start by looking at your spark plugs and leads.

Mine did this once or twice, I checked my hoses and a boost/vac hose had popped off, the small one close to the inlet manifold...

Fixed :D
I changed coil pack connectors , 2 of them were crystallized and breaking up.
I had already purchased some coilpacks, so i went ahead and replaced them as well.

Strange observation: The car is knocking a lot less now, One day I driven over 30 miles and no FBKC or FLKC was recorded :shock:
