Maybe he meant 3 bar map sensor??

Just don't think an internal gate can hold 28psi on a spring

Well, he does build group N rally cars and did mention that this wastegate is a rare 3bar wastegate. I wouldn't say impossible but ...why on a small turbo like that?

Most Group N cars struggle to run 27psi(1.8bar) boost!

Well if u know anyone interested, it's for $600+shipping costs :D

I have the turbo on now. Just waiting for injectors and then I get a tune. I flashed my WGDC tables to 0, the logs show i'm hitting 11.94 PSI, which is about what I should be getting with this 0.8 bar wastegate actuator i bought

MY only problem now is the damn bellmouth didn't clear the steering column and is stil brushing sometimes! the guy who worked on it got frustrated and has abondoned it on me. Saying I should have had him do it from scratch.
What he did so far was cut a part of the bellmouth out and weld a smooth metal on the inside. However, i need about 1/4 to 1/2 more clearance on a specific section of it.
Also, the back of the bellmouth is barely touching the body of the car (firewall?) sometimes.

1. Is it safe to heat and hammer in the part of the car body that is touching the bellmouth?
2. The steering shaft that is touching, I'm told it is case hardened and not recommended to grind off the little part that is touching. Or could I?

Have a competent exhaust shop make you a dump pipe.

Fitment will then be 100% as required.

CURRENT - ATP GTX 3576 - 22psi - 283.7awkw
OLD - Dom 1.5Xtr - Last dyno 254ahkw, previous 238ahkw, first 224awkw.

2.0 JDM, 90 octane gas (US 90 octane)
Did a 3 inch downpipe, VF34, catless. Stock cat back. everything else stock

As you can see from the dyno, the vf38 I had on produced close torque figures and close enough peak hp figures. 194 vs 178

I'm trying to figure out how my car running that much boost (19 tapering to 14) isn't producing over 200WHP?
The maximum g/s of air I'm pulling is 220.
As per timing, we could only run maximum of what is shown there ~ 15*.

Is the timing holding it back?

Any ideas guys?

Found a huge boost leak. Fixed that. Car started overboosting as less WGDC is required to make boost (was hitting 20psi @ 3700 n 2nd gear!)
Fixed that overboost now car pulls smooth as ever and so much more stronger.
Gonna do a dyno to see
