Does this arrangement ensure absolutely no oil returns into the intake system?


you will still get some come back up from the crankcase into the heads then into the intake under boost.
but much less than comes from the crankcase directly because the heads will help cool the vapours and condense the oil in the rocker-coversZ

adding a second simple 2-port can between the head breathers and intake will eliminate this aswell
if you can pick up a 4-port can that has two completely separate chambers (independent of each other) then you can plumb all 4 pipes into it for a neat solution.

I stress that the filter medium is essential for allowing the oil to be trapped.
Also having the inlet pipe within the can extend almost to the bottom of the can so that the air exiting it is forced to travel through the filtering medium, will ensure that maximum separation occurrs
