Radiator hoses - Liberty vs Impreza??

It looks like the top radiator hose in my gen IV GT wagon needs to be replaced (it's swollen and looks like a cucumber!!) so just wondering if anyone knows whether the hoses off an Impreza would be the same or not? I'm in the process of parting out an 05 STI with some Samco silicon hoses that I could use if they're the same (hoping so!).
My car: 2004 MY05 Subaru Liberty (BP5) GT wagon
Potential donor car: 2005 MY05 Subaru Impreza (GDB) WRX STI
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Mate,
I think (someone feel free to correct me)
The hoses will fit across but they will have a bit of a bend in them, you can buy legit liberty ones though which will fit perfect obviously.

Ah, what does this difference in bend mean performance(cooling)-wise? :-/

Why not pop into your local Repco or SCA to get some oem hose?
Also has anyone read this article? Opinions?

Interesting read...
At this stage, I probably will be doing that. I'm leaving for a long road trip early Thursday morning so probably wouldn't have time to source a decent silicon hose if I wanted one now anyway!
