GENIII Liberty mystery plug

Just wondering if someone can shed some light on what this plug is? (From a 1999 Liberty RX which has been converted to GTB RSK spec)
Located just behind the battery.

No idea what it is but if it's had a conversion expect a plug here and there to go astray.

A bit off topic here, but what colour is the car? I had GenIII 1999 RX converted to RSK

maybe for foglights? i know some cars come with a empty socket if fogs arent installed
