What do you mean by used warranty? as in extended warranty like the ahg ones? if the car is not out of NCW and the first owner sells the vehicle, the next owner is still is entitled to the NCW. I hope this is the case, were you out of pocket for the repairs?

The car started to use more juice after they replaced it so I was going to get it retuned, but now I'm (fingers crossed) getting a hyperflow TMIC and VF34 installed next week.
