Engine has been hit on my 05 liberty gt - need help

Maybe he means a short block? i.e the block, crank, rods, pistons. No heads, no cams, no vvt, no intake etc. You can get an STi short block from Subaru for well under $3k.

ill allocate 3k max to fixing this problem.... i can post up pictures to give you guys an idea of the hit ... the car starts... and no my dad will not be rebuilding it, he simply wanted to allign it to see if its starts hes no mechanic... i have mechanic friends though

and yes u are right... im not after ALL the parts of the engine (turbo etc) .... just the block .... or new heads .... the rest i will be keeping
