Exhaust cam sensor part number

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out the Subaru OEM part # for the exhaust cam position sensor for a 2005 EJ20X.

I can't find it anywhere. Here is a picture of what it looks like

Cam sensors are usually reliable, but the avcs solenoids less so, and the entire exhaust avcs assy and loom is potentially subject to oil contamination affecting plugs and loom all the way back to the ecu plug.

So the car is a usdm body with my08 jdm 2.0t?

But I’d use tactrix or btssm to log all four vvt angles for avcs operation confirmation and check the loom for oil ingress.
Certainly the sensor and solenoid o rings can fail as can the exhaust avcs manifold gasket.
