Variable cam timing issue?

Postby NDARYD » Sat Sep 24, 2011 11:47 am

Hi all,

In my previous post about rough idling and stalling issues in my 04 Liberty GT, the mechanic and myself have checked the following seperately:

- Error Codes (none showing)
- Vacuum Leaks - none evident
- Fuel Pressure - consistent
- o2 Sensor - no issues (only 6months old)
- Throttle Body - cleaned

The only other thing I can think of is the variable cam timing solenoid/sensor.

Does anyone know where this is located on the 2004 Liberty 2.0L GT?
