Not that I am aware of. I would not be surprise to see slight improvements, but the engine response is up. Dyno's can't measure that.

Hello everyone:

All is going well and I would thank those for well wish during my period of bereavement.

It was a sad time to lose my dad almost a week after my little daughter Azaira was born.

She is doing well. Getting big and finally recognising daddy and sleeping in my hands. lol. Being my first, it feels strange. No other feelings to compare too. But thanks to all for those offering fatherly support. I really appreciate it.

Tuning is going slowly as everyone is caught up with life, but remote tuning is like that sometimes, but all vehicles are running well.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Hi Edward and anyone else who can answer this question. Edward, I have purchased the Tactrix cable as you know. I was going to borrow a friend's laptop as he has a spare and then get all of the relevant information to give to you so that you can start tuning. On the way to my friend's place, I stopped at a place called 'C V Performance' which were only ten minutes away from my place. They gave me a price of $700 to tune my existing computer on a Dyno and assured me that I would get extra kilowatts. They also re-map and keep your standard mapping information on file. What is the difference between doing it on a Dyno and your method? :?
Cheers George

WOow. I charges to little.

If the dyno can stimulate every single condition in the real world, that's great. But it really can't, since you need to finalised the tuning on the road. That's why all motorsport teams tweak on the track.

I believe you tune on the dyno to sort out the tuning parameters and then you complete the tuning with extensive road reviews.

Not aware of physical dyno'ing.

Yes for any NA car. But remember the gains are not like raising boost.

Hi Edward,

Have you had a crack at the 3.6 motors yet?

If so what do you believe they are capable of making extra over stock?
I'm now on my 4th Liberty, I enjoy the pain they cause!! The 3.6l is in a world of its own.

No tuning on that yet. We have them in the tribeca here. lazy engines compare to the 3R, but good midrange tq over the 3R.

I haven't look at the rom yet. Do you have your rom?

I will check my dealer for the 2010 Legacy. I do not see them on the lot yet.
