We are at v11 due to refinement on the gas. We trying again tuning the AVCS in other areas, but no improvement, but the Dyno's still looks very good, but are currently for 22-23.5C.

Good thing about the 3R, we have improve engine performance, making the engine responsive. Power increases is more noticeable in driving than gear pulls, which was what the aim was, after seeing that the car is already running max. Do I hear 5-8psi????? lol

I can only imaging how the car feel, as I driving a JDM and love how it feels and sound. The Sound along on a 6MT.....Too sweet for days. I had more fun driving a 3R than a 350wftlb/350whp 2004 STI. So that goes to show you. You may not have the power, but the joy in driving and comfortable is even greater!!!!!

Hello Everyone!

Happy New year!

So far the car is running well and very happy with the results we have gotten out of some of the tweaks. But most of all, enjoying the new DBW configurations :)

Have a great weekend everyone!

You sure need it. Your 07 DBW was made for a baby to drive. Not even for a granny. lol Honestly, someone went mad when their were creating it.

Its like the man wife creep in and change it before he sent it to Subaru. Lol!!!!!

Hey, I did some similar changes on the 2.0GT and my customer love it. Its strange, because he has high boost in lower throttle. I think he relates it to just the response. I will see if he gets a custom to it.

Sometimes its hard to follow remote work as you have to feel what your customer is feeling and the representation of the logs. I am hoping to find a piece of software that will allow me to capture video of my desktop so person can see what a log reply looks like. lol!

Xtreme Racing Tuning Log review playback of a 2005 ADM Subaru Legacy_Liberty 3.0R 6MT

I hope you like this one. I would have to ask David to drive the car like he stole it for 10's of seconds. This way, it would help me keep the AVI file small. That vid above was 16.2MB on a 256Kbps upload speed. Back in the older days at the Carrier, I had 155Mbps for upload :) lol

2006 ADM Liberty 3.0R 6MT Stock performance

The red area all to the left is the car literally knocking, as the ECU compensate, pulling timing. Most probably, you may hear the pinging when the ECU pulled -6.5degrees of timing from the car. You will also feel the car going flat at that point. If we could have log g's or acceleration, we would see that.

I can happily arrange that :)

On another note, I am still reviewing tuning/time. If I find more effort into it, that cost can change, but for right now, that costing seems good, if logs comes in quickly :)

You'll need this copy of EcuFlash which also includes the drivers for the openport cable

http://openecu.org/downloads/ecuflash_1422595_win.exe.

After that your ready to roll

Update on the 2006 3R, tuning has began and v1 of a rom been release. So far, it seems this tuning will not take long, but because I am seeing potential for more Ign in some places, I will see. THe last log did not have the IAM, but the drop in some place were small.

Because again its custom tuning, its hard to lay off making power. So I am stuck between a hard rock and a hard place :)

Do enough for $170AUD or just enjoy tuning. Final costing is here viewtopic.php?f=53&t=7575

I can make the DBW a little more aggressive, but right now, just need to have a full review of the power.

For sure, we have some fuel saving high in the rpm.

06 Blitzen promise to do a doc for me for posting, since I do not have a 3R at quick access for romraider Profile and pics of areas of interest.

Below is my general feedback to get stuff going....I guess is over simplified!!!

Download the following:

Ecuflash - http://openecu.org/downloads/ecuflash_1422595_win.exe

Install the program by running it.

Connect your cable and run the program.

Download romraider and its logging file:

http://www.assembla.com/spaces/romraide ... -setup.exe

http://www.romraider.com/forum/download ... 0511ede5cf

Install the .exe file.

When finish, extract ROMRAIDER STANDARD units LOGGER definitions 0.3.5b 10-02-09.zip to a folder. Copy the logger.xml file or the extracted file to C:\Program Files\RomRaider\

When you are finish, shutdown ecuflash and start up romraider.

If you have msn or yahoo or skype, please let me know so that i can talk to live.
