05 Lib Disco Dash - CEL, Sports, Cruise& ABS lights...

Looking for some assistance, this morning on a cold start the car started displaying a Check Engine Light, ABS light with flashing Sports mode (whilst driving). re-parked and started again later with car showing Check Engine Light with flashing Sports mode and cruise (whilst parked / in park).
Have thrown the ELM327 OBD2 plug on and am seeing error codes (current fault) P0600, (pending faults) P0700 & P1718.
Any suggestions on causes - where to look?
For transparency sake I left off undertray at last oil change few weeks back to keep eye on possible rocker cover leak (nil oil on driveway since) and I may have driven through a large puddle a week back...
