Looking for parts for 2008 H6 Spec B 6MT wagon

I was previously on here 7 years ago, with a tbSTI.
Re-joined, as I recently bought a 2008 Spec B H6 6MT wagon as a weekender to do up and sell.
Wondering if anyone has:
* Expansion tank
* Wiper washer pump
* Floor mats
* Spare factory key (only if re-programmable / able to be recut)
* Windscreen replacement
* Windscreen rubber surround
* Factory GPS (incl. applicable surrounds)
* Radiator in good working order
* Spec B rim/s without gutter rash
* Driver's side wheel arch guard (plastic between tyre and engine -- may be both sides?)
* Sunroof part accessories (IIRC, front flap is meant to protrude above roofline? not doing that)
Car has only 143,000kms and will be listed for sale soon with a RWC.
Completely stock, but has a twin subtle sports exhaust (possibly Fujitsubo?) and I'm assuming a tune (no flat spots and registering 10.8L/100kms)
