Did you use the ecu block diagram in the FSM to find the correct components?

In the service manual, the wiring diagram to see which pin and which connector the injector which was not opening is connected.
then I just followed the trace on the PCB. fortunately, the chip is just 1 or 2 cm from the connector. If it was on the other side, it would have been more difficult.

That’s great info, it seems the “first row” components are a potential fault location, but what’s the mode?

Eg insufficient solder flow during manufacture, or could flex from the adjacent ecu plugs play a part?
