Hi team,

Can people share their recent experiences buying Oxygen sensors for the H6?
I know that the very cheap ebay China ones should be avoided, but what about the mid-range priced ones?
partsouq is about USD$165, which is AUD$220 each plus shipping, genuine ones on ebay going for $248 each from Australian sellers
Older threads on here (circa 2011) are suggesting getting a pair for $320, but those links are all dead now.

Can people chime in with what they have actually purchased and installed recently, plus whether it was good or bad experience?

Rear sensor I bought exact replacement Denso brand off eBay has been going strong several years. Front sensor bought genuine subaru (Bosch) from partsouq so far so good months later. All were straight plug in all leads correct lengths with clips etc. Both significantly cheaper than subaru Aus.

this is for the H6/3.0/NA, two front upstream pre-cat sensors required

The sensor 22641AA160 is still $170 US at partsouq each still cheaper than subaru Aus even with the freight added.

USD$170 at the XE.COM rate today is AUD$231, the CC/paypal will surcharge at least 3% -> AUD$238, plus freight
Multiple australian ebay stores are offering (apparently by photo?) genuine parts for $248 + $8 post, no exchange rate issues
So the partsouq price (while not terrible) doesn't look that great to me...

both those part numbers I quoted cross-ref to the front sensor, via online catalogues

Have you looked on https://www.densoproducts.com/?
O2 Sensor (downstream) as https://www.densoproducts.com/Quickwatch.aspx?zpid=18371 and $60.44USD ea.
AFR Sensor (upstream) as https://www.densoproducts.com/Quickwatch.aspx?zpid=18836 and $120.77USD ea.

No idea about shipping but assume you'd have to use a re-shipper (Shipito).

I have purchased from there, shipping is available via US Postal (or UPS if you are desperate...)

Paid by Paypal, and shipping is USD$50, all-up around AUD$420 shipped (for 2 sensors) based on the slightly-commission-stacked Paypal exchange rate of 0.72

That is $210 each, best I could see in AU is $250 each

Hey gents has anyone had any luck with other sensor suppliers lately? Rockauto etc? H6 cars in particular...

Try Cooldrive in Vic for Denso oem equivalent sensors.

I used ddi_auto through ebay for some Denso O2/AFR sensors ,
i replaced the upstream ones and the rears are tuned out because of new cats,
to me the car seems to run smoother
