I like the look.
Noticeable difference in intake noise?

You can definitely feel and hear a bit of difference, although i am running a stock headers and exhaust.

Here it is compared to the stock intake

Here it is in my car, it was a perfect fit

There is a little difference, but its like any small change to the intake/exhaust, you need to look at it as a complete system, no point chaining one thing in the middle and hoping for massive gains.

I've always started where the air enters the car and follow it through to when i escapes. I've sorted out everything up to the TB, next i have on order is headers and then i will sort the rest. Its only until i have the whole system sorted will feel massive difference. Even then it will have to be re tuned to allow for the extra flow

I see, so it's essentially a resonator delete?
I have to agree with you on the 'complete system' principle, I've just been chipping away at it bit by bit. Started at the wrong end though...

Pretty much, but after driving it for a few days now the motor does rev and drive smoother

OK, so I'm looking at deleting the front resonator first, see how I go with that. I reckon I will just go with that for a few weeks before I look at creating something.
