Can't comment on the auto fluid (manual for me) but that engine oil should be fine.

Thank you appreciate the feedback.
Can anyone vouch for this transmission oil for the 5EAT?

I've used that nulon fluid before, never had any issues with any subaru auto trans I've had.

Don't forget to change the coolant. That's always a good idea in order to avoid hurting your headgasket as the coolant becomes acidic.

I always use penrite. There has been heaps of studies on what oil gives you the most power and all that rubbish (A NSW Garage posted a video on youtube somewhere). IMO avoid the "Racing Brands" unless you have a sponsor (Royal Purple Ect.) and stick with the bigger brands. All in all, it depends on your budget.

Oil Recommendations?

I use Mobil Delvac 10/40.. it's mineral with a high detergent and change every 5-7k. Used this oil for last 10 years in 3 subbies n a track car. Never an issue.

End of day everyone has their preferred brand n oils weight.
