Trans cooler

Postby smutty » Sun Jan 29, 2017 7:46 am

Just after opinions. I've just come back from a camping trip towing a 6x4 trailer for the first time. Car towed no problem but I've been wondering if it would be worth adding an aftermarket trans cooler.
Any thoughts?

My young bloke has availble a genuine Subaru optional transmission cooler for a Gen4 3.0R H6. Came off an outback.
Straigh bolt in.

Cheers Bill. Probably wouldn't be economical to post it to NZ. Would make more sense to source locally if i decide to do it. Just wondering if it would be complete overkill or not.

I would imagine that the optional accessory Subaru Transmission Oil Cooler for the 5EAT H6 Outback would be compatible with the 5EAT 04 Liberty GT.
