Wheel bearing and HUB unit

Wondering if someone can tell me if the attached pic is the complete HUB & Bearing unit for a 3.0R.
Long story short - had my bearings replaced in March and now it is gone again. I believe only the bearings were replace and not the HUB. The parts are still under warrant y but not the labor. Honestly don't trust that workshop anymore so really don't want to deal with them and have a different mechanic who is going to replace it for me and I want to supply the parts.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
