Hi,

I have a mate who is selling a complete H6 engine. Might have to jump on to facebook to message him: Martin James Hanstein.

He is located it Tassie however but is selling it quite cheap.

Let me know if you need any other info.

Just be aware mate, a 3.0R is a big job to get going into a car that it isn't meant for.

You would need a lot of parts to swap it over.

For example you would need a different ecu and a wiring harness.
The engine cross member is different.

You would probably need the bigger brakes to support the increase in power.

It would work out cheaper to look for a wrecked h6 liberty or outback to use as a donor car.

Cheapest and easiest solution would be to sell your car and by a 3.0 RB

Absolutely!
Unless you are prepared to completely gut the car and have all the wiring harness and CANbus connections from the donor car DO NOT ATTEMPT it.
Liam from North Rocks (Sydney) has done a 3.0R retrofit into a standard H4 Gen4 wagon shell.
He had a complete wreck to work with.
