JDM and USDM gear ratio.

So I just recently swapped out my Tribeca 3.0 for a JDM 3.0 I did a complete engine and tranny swap, but here is the thing. Everything is great except for my transmission, it shifts weird in 2 and then 3rd into 4th it won't shift til about 4K RPM's. I did a little research to find out that the gear ratios are different from my front diff and my rear diff which is probably why I'm having the issues with the shifting. So my question is, where can I find a JDM 3.0 rear diff for my Tribeca, if I have mistaken, I believe it was all the same for the outback and the legacy GT. Deff correct me if I'm wrong. I just want to be point in the right direction to get this resolved. So I do have a few options, take the from diff from my USDM tranny and put it on the JDM one which will take time or find a rear diff that'll match the right transmission. Any help or guidance is deff greatly appreciate!!
