Can't wait to hear how this turns out Dave.

I found my green connectors behind the glove box yesterday. I'm going to try and pull the rom tonight. :D

Cost me $330 for tune and injector clean. The tune is done by Vin on Docklands in-house dyno.

it will cost me the metal needed to plumb it all up, FMIC core, turbo, ext gate and some beers for bazza.
being all DIY makes it very cheap, and then all we have to do is the DIY tune. Turbo is also going tobe a gt35R with 1.06 rear housing now. After crunching some numbers and reading some reports the gt3040 is not going to cut it. I was almost tempted to go a gt40r, but dont want to run a 3.5" exhaust. As bazza said, to buy all the parts new it would cost $2-3K + i also have my old 3" SS HKS catback from my bugSTi that will mate to the dump from the garrett.. Was looking at parts for the bottom end the other day, will be well under $4K to build a bullet proof bottom end with pistons, rods, bearings, sleaves and studs. or you could just buy a set of supertec pistons for $610 and have the freighted over hear. pull the block appart, hone the bore, wack the pistons in and be done with it. should have change from $1500 for the whole thing. But you need to be able to do alot of stuff yourself.
