Timing chain tensioner

Hi, i've found a 3.0r-b on carsales, everything looks alright but the owner mentions that the timing chain tensioner will need to be replaced.
Big job isn't it?

Can be a $2K+ job.
My advice is consult a subaru specialist, and get a quote for getting it done before you commit to buy a car that needs it.

Yeah, that's the exact ad.
Thanks for the tips lads. Probably ads insult to injury that it's interstate too.
