Questions about repairs

Hey guys, I've recently bought a car (as some of you have known) and being a high kms car, it has problems.
I just want to know how much I should be expecting before my mechanic gives me a quote.
Also if you think that some of these things can be done by myself, please do tell!

The car is a 2005 Liberty R-B.
So the list is:

Power steering pump
Re-gasing the AC system
RH CV boot
LH Rocker Cover Gasket
Fuel Filter
Cleaning of MAF
Cleaning of Throttle Body

well... I've bought it so I'm just gonna keep it and see how it goes.

I'm not saying i don't believe you guys but I have not found any liberty with less than 170k for 7.5k and I've shopped around for 2 months.

Power steering pump
Can be resealed. Check for recond pumps on ebay. Only get the pump for a H6. The pumps have different swept volumes between models

What makes you think you need a replacement pump? Old hard hoses can let air into the pump that cause noise. Replacing the inlet clip with a proper worm drive clamp often rectifies this.
Re-gasing the AC system
Need to find out first why it has lost the refrigerant gas? Usually leak on the high pressure side, small hole in condenser or leak in discharge hose. Look for oily patch, this is where the leak will most probably be. Aftermarket condenser up to $300. Discharge hose repair $100. Regassing about $120 to $150?
RH CV boot
Inside or outside boot? Boot kits are about $20.00. The inner joint needs to be "popped-out" of the gearbox
LH Rocker Cover Gasket
Can be done in the car if you have patience and dexterity
Fuel Filter
About $45.00 plus for a fuel filter, depending upon where you buy it
Cleaning of MAF
Buy some brake clean spray and do it yourself
Cleaning of Throttle Body
Someone else can comment

Cleaning of MAF

I'd play it safe and just use some Maf cleaner (rather than any other spray).
Really easy DIY. Like 2 screws to access it.

Cleaning of Throttle Body

Same thing, get some throttle body cleaner and a cloth. Should be easy access. Look for a DIY guide online.

Both of these jobs should cost under $50 in materials and an hour maximum of your time.

Id put my vote in for replacing the power steering pump with a good second hand one from a wrecker or ebay rather than trying to repair it.

Okay, to be fair he told me it had problems and on top of this he inspected the car pre-purchase for free so I'm not complaining.
He said it's okay for what it is. I bought it knowing it will have a few problems.

Mate, I'd be replacing the cv joints completely. You're looking a $400 for both fronts from an auto parts store like Burson's which are very reputable or hit up ebay for $200-300 for a pair. Screw doing just the cv boots. Get a whole shaft as it has brand new boots already. Cost effective, because you'll only have to put the shaft out once... Instead of twice... To fix the boot, and then to fix the shaft later down the road when it fails.. Steer lock to lock and diagnose any loud clicking noises. If they exist, do whole cv shafts. I got 2 inner boots for mine, didn't end up installing them and have now just redone the whole shaft. Way better option.

I changed an Inner Drive Shaft Boot on Saturday.
Caught the broken boot as soon after it happened.
$17.50 plus 1-1/2 hours of my time.

See that makes sense. But for a car that has problems and is a bit on the hurt side... Change whole cv shafts if it clicks lock to lock.
