EZ30 build for power

After having had a lot of fun with the sc setup I am facing a difficult situation as my engine uses oil in the same ratio as petrol which can only be cured by yet another engine rebuild.
This time I want to build an engine that is capable of producing 600bhp, yes it will be turbo charged. As there is more experience with this engine in Aus I am interested in the internal engine components and upgrades to the block/heads required to take this level of output.
cheers

Have you confirmed the source of the oil loss? Eg heads or CCV...
Why not just go another stock long block, and add an eg. aquamist system for extra detonation protection?
Have you considered contacting Andy Forrest for his advice?

We have put an inspection camera up behind the valves and there is evidence of oil on the base of the stems of the exhaust valves, fitting new valve stem oil seals means pretty much taking the majority of the engine apart. I have access to another engine which would form the basis of the new build. Having read the Perrin build I would use pistons and valves from Supertech to lower the Compression ratio and get better sealing of the valves and just swap over the conrods from my current engine. Currently trying to speak to an engine builder from Scotland who has an in depth knowledge of building high output H6's

Have watched all the super gramps video's its good stuff but they used an unopened 3.6 motor and I want to use a 3.0 and probably go twin turbo. Would be great if AM were in the uk as I really rate their work.

They actually used two, one was destroyed in the process, I believe one went to God on the dyno?

Serious? After everything you've been through?
Props for not throwing your hands in the air and walking away.
Have you considered sourcing and engine and having it built here, then shipped to the UK? I may prove to be more cost effective.

Not a bad idea, just who would I use and more importantly who can I trust as I'm unlikely to make a visit in the build process.

I´ve had the same idea. I wrote a lot of people around the world for parts. In Australia i found pure performance motorsport, they can do a stroker kit for the H6 3.0L (only more stroke will end up with 3.3L). In addition to this i would use the Supertech valve stuff. If you like to be on the right and expensive site, you can also install some darton sleeves - so you can go for bigger bore too and will end up with around 3.5L.
But i don´t know which reputation PPM in Australia has.

AM auto are one of the leading names in Australia for fabrication and conversion work, You couldn't go too far wrong with them.

Spoke to Steve of SW Motorsport today, he has built H6 engines putting out 1100bhp not that I'm going any where near that level.
So first order the standard crank is ok for my plan, will keep my forged conrods maybe the pistons if I keep the car supercharged but will have to change pistons if going the turbo route to lower the cr. The block will be pinned.
Interestingly he said most head gasket failures are caused by movement of the head bolt thread in the block so will be investigating some new head studs with a finer thread than standard.
For the heads the exhaust valves will be changed for iconel ones with uprated springs.
He has seen oil usage like mine before when the bores were to coarse and wore the rings allowing the oil past and the valve stem oil seals are definitely suspect as well.
Covered some other stuff which I will get to later depending on what route of forced induction I use.

Have finally found a company in the uk that can do closed deck block and 14mm uprated head studs for about £800.

Nice! That's a decent price too.
