Alright, was thing that around 200,00kms I'll get my motor rebuilt to give it a new life as I dont think I'll ever sell my Liberty. What sort of things should I look at as I've never gone down this path before. As far as I know the car currently has a 100% custom Pulse Racing turbo setup with all custom piping and wastegate setup, a full custom turbo back exhaust system, modified factory headers and a complete fuel system upgrade including injectors and fuel pump, as well as a custom Pulse tune to suit, and a heavy duty upgraded clutch. Not sure what was done internally if anything.

Thanks for your help

On the one hand I am surprised there has been no reply as this is exciting. On the other hand, I don't think that m(any) of us are lucky enough to have a turbo H6, so not much first-hand experience to tap into...

To help the thread along, what do you want to get out of rebuilding the engine? Is there something missing in the setup that you have now? Or just want more power? :)

Maybe try contacting P.3 who has a nice turbo'd H6 here: http://forum.liberty.asn.au/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=23699&start=45#p416012

First take a good hard look at your bank account - is it like Uncle Scrooge's account? If so then go for your life, if not and its running really well - there should be no need to fiddle with it at all

Go down the path of fanatical maintenance if its running perfectly now and continue to enjoy it, very doubtful you would be facing any issues in the next 50k km if you looking after it well.
