which viscosity do you use in older engine ( + 100 000 miles

I've heard H6 EZ30 engine with 400 000 miles but maybe I'm wrong

I'm wondering which visco the owner of old H6 use to reach these higher mileage ?

Please don't forget to indicate the frequency of servicing because it is as important than viscosity and probably much important

Penrite HPR-5 is a great oil. Change every 5000km or so. I'm on e85 and have noticed no real oil usage either which is good.
