They've probably never worked on a modern engine eitehr....
You're looking at $10K drive in drive out for a GT30, FMIC, Exhaust, etc. all new parts,
You'd save some coin by hunting up a good, used turbo, EWG and FMIC core.
that's going to nearly double the power output on an unopened EZ30.
you can dump $10K into an 80's tech EJ25 in a GT-B, still not make the power, and have a pig of a car to drive every day...
HardwareBoB wrote:$10k would trivially give you 250kw atw in a GT-B, more than double the stock H6 figure - and drive better than stock, and with the leftover money you could put shockworks in it. A H6 turbo is awesome, but it's far from a trivial exercise to be undertaken on a whim. OP has left almost all details out of the info request, so we're really just making it up here.

After that - every bit of $$ invested will give you more of everything vs same $$ invested in an EJ255, performance wise - as Rob said.
For a street car, a GTB is cheaper/easier to get to 200-250kw. IMO above that - the H6 takes over and keeps going in terms of value. Goodluck building a 900hp race engine with a 4 banger EJ255. Even an EJ207 with all it's amazeballs bits and pieces is missing 50% cubic inches compared to the 3.0L. That's your torque down low and the ability to spool up a gt40r right there.
