Hi guys,

Doing an oil change for both diffs and gearbox next week.
Just wandering what others are using for their manual 3.0R-B's?

Mind is pretty set on the Motul/Motylgear SAE 75W90 (semi-synthetic).

How many Litres will I need?

Check the back of your owners manual for capacity.

From memory around 4ltrs for gearbox and 1ltr for rear diff.

I have been using Redline LWSP for the last 175,000ks in my 3.0rb with no issues at all.

Usually change it every 20-30000ks.Gearbox can be a little notchy on cold mornings but once warm is nice and smooth.
