Thanks, that sums up the answer than I needed. So the one to get is the DW300c and that should just drop in.
Problem solved. The only reason I asked is because the local supplier appears to only stock the DW300. No options for the smaller pump. Will have to see if I can get it shipped in.

Yeah it sounded like you had the option of getting the 300 cheap or something similar

It took me a day and a bit of carefully dremeling out the fuel filter (making sure not to damage it, go too thin or get shavings in the filter etc). Then pull out the masking tape measure again, mask up, keep going. Rinse and repeat x 30. Not much fun, considering the wall of the filter is only 2-3mm. I also bought a CNC'd billet collar to hold the pump in place, another $120 lol...

Keep in mind I only needed to do this, as I maxxed the DW65c at around 270kwatw on the auto, which is about 290kw on the manual. Unless you're getting forged internals, you won't need anything larger than the dw65c - and I believe they're cheaper too.

Was going on advice from Matt because there have been some issues with the DW65c failing. I have found the same on other forums. But I think I am just going to get the Kobe 265l pump. Others on here seem to be happy with that.

1. There are many many people using the dw65c, and only a handful have used the 300 or the 300c. From that alone, you know which one is going to have more recorded instances of failure. A few people also had the 300 fail on them. All the pumps are covered by DW warranty (3 year warranty IIRC).

2. Most of these failures were due to incorrect installations.

3. The kobe pump probably comes from the same factory?....and again only a handful of people using it, to get the same comparison to the dw65c.

4. Jackson also just released the Kobe 340LPH pump, which is a direct drop in. And the price is very similar to the 265 IIRC. Problem solved :D

Had Matt update my tune last week... Wow what a difference !!!
Now fully flexible to have E85 and 98 using much less fuel than previously.
Still accelerating hard as per usual .. LOL

Usually around Freo on the weekends my fuel averages 14-15l /100 . I fuel up on Friday night, reset the trip, Usually put a mix of 98 and E85 @ 40:60 . Did the same this time. By Monday my Average was 11.8/100 before I drove to work. Now I'm sitting on 10.6/100.

Just had a service and some new tyres too.

Now that 98 is much cheaper than E85 I'm getting 9.2l/100 on average per tank paid $1.11 for 98 our E85 currently $1.27.9!

Hi Matt, so you are at a point to offer the Flex Fuel tune with the Raptor CAI? I'm interested just let me know what we need to do, dyno time I assume?

Get back to me.

Regards

Rob

Hey Rob

Doing some product testing and will advise when I am happy with it. I also have 60 CAN Flex Sensors coming in next month so other option is using that method for tuning the car as well

MMMMM CAN flex sensor, can I put a deposit on one? :)

Another H6 running flex. I have not driven the H6 yet on E85, old man reckons he can notice the difference as well as the headers but we'll see. Too busy messing with the other lib at the moment
