What is the main reason fro replacing the fuel pump?

I believe its simply for more flow as E85 requires a higher flow rate. Please correct me as I am absolutely no expert

Factory fuel pump is not rated for E85 usage. Will destroy the pump within about 10 full tanks. Loses fuel flow, engine runs lean and you end up with an expensive paper weight (around 1500Kg worth)

Well there you go!
Something that I will add to my mod list a bit later , now that I have found a couple of servos with E85
Have to fix important things first - like my sub woofer! lol

Filled up with about 50l of Corn juice this morning - will take it easy on the throttle

Are you tuned for E85?

If your not tuned for E85, engine damage will happen pretty quickly too

Not Tuned For E85 , running on just [S] not [S#] ATM
Could Daniel (from WA not sure what is forum name is) load up a E85 tune for me ?

Have done about 100kms all on [s] maybe I should top up with 98 or even 95 ASAP

Oh boy...
Running no. of weeks without breaking something in the lib: 0
No. of things still to fix in in the lib: 97

Doesn't look like a direct plug in.

This one is though and comes with the $130 factory filter to boot:
