Butterfly valve

Postby chuckie » Mon Jan 07, 2013 12:26 pm

Could anyone point out how to access the butterfly valve on the h6 and how I would go about giving it a clean? I Plan on cleaning the MAF as well as running UEC, heard it was also beneficial to do them :)

Thanks!

You need to remove the air intake chamber.

thanks! that does help. So the valve is located under the air intake chamber cover? Is there a particular way to clean it?

The butterfly valve is located inside your throttle body. To get to your throttle body, you need to remove the Intake chamber.
