Hey last couple days i had the CEL flash at me for a few seconds maybe a total of 3 times and then eventually i got the cruise control on as well as the CEL.

I took it to my mechanic to read and remove the code it said it has no current errors but in the history it had something along the lines of misfiring cylinders from cylinders 1, 3, 5. I think thats all on the passenger side of the engine. Would anyone have any idea what it could be.

Any help would be appreciated. =)

Failing Bank 2 O2 sensor causing closed loop issues, makes engine run either rich or lean that causes misfires

Buy from the USA as they are around $120 each, australian prices is like $500 per sensor

Matt can ya point me in the right way on how i can purchase the sensors from the USA also is it bad for the engine when is misfiring because on the way home today from work i felt it kinda jerking as i was driving and now got the dash board error again and the occasional CEL flashing at me then it will go back to just staying on.

Yes, it is bad for the engine. Your O2 sensors are telling the computer it is running rich so it injects less fuel on cruise or light throttle and makes the engine run lean.
