have a look on Import Monster or maybe import wreckers of sorts...

SunSpares (the only that i know of) are a subaru wreckers store/shop in qld that would have one almost readily available

why the search? something not right with your engine or are you just worried?

just searching for one so i can get an idea on how much it is,
plus my car has done a few k's, not heaps, but enough to worry me a tad,
im looking to just find the price of one then save up, get one and keep it in my shed for the future basically haha

yep, its the same engine as yours.
but like we said on your other thread, with a good service history (even just with you) these engines are bulletproof (almost)

http://www.japanesespares.com.au/subaru-wreckers/subaru-spare-parts/outback/subaru-outback-h6-2007-wagon/201

what about this engine?

i know its an outback but it looks the exact same?
also, does it matter if the car is an auto or manual that you get the engine from?

They dont care about service intervals at all. 15000km is fine if you drive it in a manner that allows long service intervals. And 3000km is too long if you drive it in a manner that requires short service intervals.

Why do you want to locate a spare?

They are readily available at any time quite easily, and there is plenty coming in, or available to come in.

Not magic wonder engine, just h6 dak dak engine
