Squeak means the belt is loose or needs replacing. However when in full lock do you mean you hold it hard on lock or let it come back about 10degrees, if you hold it hard then you will damage the pump and the belt will wear out prematurely as its too much strain on the pump.

Yea it only makes it when in a full lock... But my car only done 68k for a early 06 do I have to worry about anything serous or just get the checked out ? My friend thinks I have a bubble in the steering line that's why it makes that nosie he think it nothing to worry about ?

When you hold wheel on full lock you put a lot of strain on the pump and a little belt slippage is bound to happen. Make sure if you feel full lock you back off straight away. If you still hear a noise then check the belt
