Rear Brake Pads

Can anyone help...

I bought a set of Bendix Ultimate pads and the rear ones (DB1803) don't fit...the shape is different. My car is a Sept 04 build 3.0R.

Has anyone had this problem and any help greatly appreciated.

DB1379 is the rear pad shape you need.
