EZ30R GenIV compatability

I've noticed a few Subaru's that have flood damaged engines VERY cheap particularly older 2.5i and 2.0R. And was wondering if it were possible to drop the EZ30R into a GenIV shell? I'd assume it would be seeing as though the shells and chassis are the same. I'm also under the impression that the transmission from and EJ series car will bolt right up to the motor, is this true? Lastly, with the wiring, if i were able to purchase a 2nd hang engine, with ECU and wiring loom, would it be plug and play?
Any help would be great.
