In addition - another product

Will probably offer a free flow intake pipe for the NA cars as well, will be same as on BRAD88's car. Check his posts on the matter, gives a bit more induction noise for those needing more engine sounds.

Got busy today

Here are the poxy iphone photos

THIS TRIAL SET ARE KNOCKED UP OUT OF MILD STEEL ONLY with SILVER PAINT

I have a lot of photos of stock stuff to put up sometime too, you might be aghast at how poxy the stock system is!!

Currently comparing log file data with Ed, initial results are more promising than I expected given we were told extractors would give no gains on NA engines.

We are picking up 5kw and its broadly from 4000 - 6500, zero losses in the idle to 3000rpm range which is great to.

This power is being achieved over and above my original XTR tune, so these are improvements on a motor thats already been giving its best power.

We will publish charts soonest we get all the data sorted and will try and get more of of the headers with a specific tune

if thats 5kw on top of the tune, surely with the tune you could stretch it to 6/7kw? and what price are we looking at for this kit tim? its got me interested to know there is an extra few kw at stake

@Tradewind
nice, looks like they will have a great flow ;)

@SH30RB
do you will have more than +5Kw with headers or tuned exhaust - but don´t forget to change the cats they are very restrictive.
Have a look at the numbers from Wish or my car at Edwards site - my one without new headers just exhaust and cats.

i havent got the SC kit but i've recently changed the exhaust system over to an xforce cat back, and i have some high flow cats there to go in too, so im thinking extractors might make a difference too

My Car
Before:201hp/253Nm (150Kw/186lb-ft)
After: 262Hp/306Nm (193Kw/225lb-ft)

I Wish´s car:
Before: 201Hp/249Nm (150Kw/183lb-ft)
After: 239Hp/303Nm (176Kw/223lb-ft)

The numbers are street dyno, i think not 100% detailed, but good enough to see the difference ;).

@Tim
i take the stainless version and ceramic coated (if this option is possible).
are the flanges (to the cats) included?

I will most likely produce 2 header sets, one with current primary pipe size and one set with next size down primary pipe size.

More details revealed over next day or so.

The stock exhaust manifold has a 31mm diameter header pipe (785mm sq area) which is then reduced down to a square/D shape (576mm sq area) before the gases from each cylinder dump into an open collecter space. This is an amazingly small area through which to push gasses at 7000rpm, smaller than any decent 250cc motorcycle engine would run
