and yes it is shiny

Should be able to find them once their site comes back online, something seems to have wiped it out

i did a quick google search before. the site didnt come up with a picture, but they are close to $2k... thats half the price of the K2 ones isnt it?

I think the K2 items were around $2.5k, if these are around $2k I would say all much the same

I though the K2 stuff was all stainless, those shown appear to be basic unpainted mild steel. There is something curious about the design ........ I am not sure how you refit the plastic engine guard with that design ........

Tim is correct. I don't think these are k2gear extractors.

The last picture posted, clearly shows the extractors have been welded to the end of the OE headers/3rd cat.

My k2gear extractors are S/S, different design, comes with k2gear 3rd cat/muffler section and I can still fit the under engine/aero cover :D

Tim's headers are great value for money

Someone (i.e. the person pictured) should read this tech article:

Slightly outside the scope of the current chat,

2x100 cel cats, 2 into 1 ypipe(deleting 3rd cat) + fitment (including fitment of supplied headers). Quoted $750. Ripped off ? Or decent price? Or any other opinions of course...

Haha well the first bloke said "well it may set of a CEL and I don't know if it can be turned off so I don't want to touch it"

So I went to my mate who's a mechanic and I knew if I told him what I wanted he would sort it out for me
without questioning my motives. He called his mate who works for Windsor exhausts and just told him what I wanted and now that's that. Will book it in once I receive the headers from Tim.

thats the exact quote i got when i asked an exhaust mechanic about my 100cel cats...

im thinking ill wait it out till i get a tune (one day...) to install the headers and cats. who knows, i might end up with an SC kit before i even get a tune...

Tradewind, I believe the auto extractors are out now. Do you know what is the shipping cost to Seattle, WA, USA?

Sorry, I am slightly confused here. I have not received any PM on the legacy forums. I have the same nickname on the legacy forum as here.

Keep me posted on the shipping price. :D
