where did you get them from Massimo?

How about 245x45x18 Bridgey Potenza RE050A's sitting very well on 7.5" rims?

They are borderline, but okay on those rims.

If you still have your Bilsteins, they will hit the spring perch (among other things).

So they will "just" fit on the rims, but you may not be able to get the rims onto the car.

No, it's the same reason no other 235/40R18 is recommended for an 18x7" rim.

The rim isn't wide enough for that tyre. A dodgey tyre shop will fit them and many people couldn't tell the difference, but the sidewall is not properly supported because the bead sits too far in.

At best the tyre is performing below par, more likely it is just plain dangerous.

i got them off a friend who was closing his shop down and just helped me out as i was in serious need of tyres and with not much cash or else you would be paying near 600 a tyre in his shop..

also with 245s i think they would be a bitt to wide. i have coil overs and they take up half the space as the bilsteins struts and i dont have very much clearance and they are 235/40s
