Tim,

No rush, just asking! I have some other priorities in the mod department, mostly around getting the auto transmission right. Once done, then maybe the WTA and Extractors.

Overnight we have received strong interest for a substantial order of 3.0 extractor sets

This is good news and allows me to resource this plan much better to bring the product to market quickly

From where we concluded that removing the CATs will yield 25hp increase? I wish this is true..

A member on here by the name of kiks indicated that his previous experience with 3.0 cats showed they were restrictive. He explained that gains of up to 25hp could be possible in some situations -

I imagine in UAE you just delete the cats

I will try to make a comparision and see the difference between cated and non-cated H6. But that would be after getting these set of extractors

From corrections I have received, there is a difference between the EZ30D and EZ30R exhaust manifolds - the 'D' Siamesed all 3 exhaust ports while the 'R' is what you have in yours.

See the below thread for reference.

Nothing earlier, the earlier H6 was only the in the Outback model so far as I know.

If you ask subaru there is no such thing as an EZ30R. There is just a rev 1 and rev 2 ez30d.

But arguing semantics. Anyone with an EZ30 in an outback gen3 or something who thinks extractors is going to help them needs some better pills.

Bring on the better pills :D

I note a considerable difference between the Supercharged H6 vehicles that had K2 extractors/cats vs those that didnt, it was also the only other real difference. I didnt even need pills to see that ........ maybe when I am older :)

In NA form I think what you say may be correct - and it applies across many brands of cars now days, stock exhaust systems are generally good enough for factory tuned engines.

I may wrong but I think kiks is saying extractors in the older ez30 is useless because there is only one port per 3cyls

Nah

He is talking about the 3 port per side version, the old single port doesnt really rate a mention in most peoples minds.

I could be wrong tho, being the thread is only about the 6 port engine I cant see why he would mention otherwise
