Did it cost you $900 ? I got a quote from Bowers in Newcastle for $1000 today..
Existing: Mac aux adapter. HKS panel filter.

Nice, you coming to the cruise. Will have to have a listen.

What tips did you finish with?
I'd love a set of twin tips, similar to the STI type, IMO they look great.

Edit: heard this on Tyrus' car this arvo. Sounds good.

Cost was $818 for system plus $95 for fitting as well as freight( bass straight, the most expensive piece of water in the world) and tax, total came to a tad over 1 grand, i stuck with the 4 inch tips that came with the system, the Blitzen back bar has a higher arch cut out and i wanted to fill this, even though i am a fan of the quad tips i think the 4 inch ones work well, although i am still getting used to how far they stick out

terribly slack I am..

I started the topic and never got back to posting a video

It has been on our car for nearly 6 months and very happy with the performance of the car and note. Plenty of people have to look to see what it is coming down the road.

The 4" tips do take a while to get used too but they do grow on you. Under full load all i can say it sounds f&*kn sic..

Try and get a vid done by the weekend

Just got a quote on this system from Sureflow at Ingleburn today,

Approx $850 fitted, or if I want to do quad (and stagered) tips its an extra $240...

I'm just worried that its going to stick out a lot if I use the 4in outlets it comes with....

What you guys think, is it worth the extra dosh for the quad tips?

The quads won't be X-force, they would just be some generic stainless steel ones, getting it done on friday so will see how it looks on the car before I decide to go for quads or not...

Just picked the car up from sureflo with the new exhaust fitted,

The 1st thing I noticed was the sheer SIZE of the outlets, quite large and they really make the back end of the car look small... It's got me thinking that putting a rear spoiler, like a little duck-tail lip (ala STI) may bring things back into proportion...

1st impressions on start-up, nice little growl before it settles into a near-silent idle, small blips of the acclerator let you know that it is DEFINATLY not a stock system....

Driving around there seems to be most noise between 2800rpm and 4000rpm, I was suprised that the higher in the rev-range the quieter it got, sure higher revs tend to be louder but its almost like the noise is falling away at the top end...

Here are a few pics I took with my crappy phone camera, hope this helps some guys decide if this system is right for them.

Personally i'm very happy with the results!!!!
