Do you run the diesel oil at all or just at idle to help clean out some mess? Or will it be alright to drive aggressively with diesel oil ive always wondered this as they have awesome detergents

Yes you drive a stupid low car. This is a lesson. Low cars are for formula open wheelers on race tracks. If there is any reduced clearance at all to the pickup then it's game over.

Yes low oil pressure could cause the tensioner issuer making it rattle. EZ's very commonly rattle from 145-165k km old though. It's just a thing they do, usually when cold only though.

With the new one can I suggest stock height or less cattle grids and ruts at 140kmh .

Done a little research, the oil pick up is a fair way from the bottom of the pan, unlikely that I've crushed the pan against the pickup.
