Front Diff longevity

About 5,000km ago the bushes for the gear selector gave in, presenting a sloppy but operational shifter, which from what I understand is a box-out resolution to replace them.

What distance should I get out of the centre diff? I'm at 150,000 and worried I'll be guaranteed to get the issue soon. Should I move it on now?

I occasionally hear clunks when going in and out of car parks, but it sounds more like suspension than gearbox / diff noise.
Is it the diff or am I just being paranoid?

What do you blokes do to you Liberties ??????????? I thrashed my 07 3RB to within a inch of its life towed a heavy boat or car trailer 400ks every weekend 30 + track days and sold it @160000ks 2+ years ago its now got 210000ks and still going strong. The only problem it ever had was the catalytic converter shit its self when it was over 4 years old .Still has original shocks and on its 3rd set of pads.




Find a low K 3RB auto and treat it like I did

From my understanding the pre face viscus centerdiff is alot more temperamental then the post face 6 speeds. .
I had my centerdiff changed at garage88 for just over a grand . Maybe order the part through them and get a Vic shop to fit.

I'm assuming by the symptoms that by front diff you mean the centerdiff coupling
