It should. my mate has the exact same car as you and his previous owner got this exact grille installed as an option from factory.

I have that grille on my MY05 3.0R and it fits like a glove. You need to ensure it is for the 3.0R as the 2.5 version is smaller.

The AUDM bumper for the pre-facelift GT was the same size as all of the other 4 cylinder pre-facelift variants.
The JDM Spec B (again pre-facelift) grill is the same size as the AUDM pre-facelift 3.0 (R or R-B) grills
