Lack of power & lag when accelerating.
Posted: Fri Aug 10, 2018 11:08 pmSo basically I have a 2007 2.5i with 140,000 kms and I'm anxious with overtaking and merging in traffic because the car has terrible acceleration example being if I'm travelling in 2nd and i put my foot down it sits in 2nd at 2.5k revs then jumps to 1st at 6k revs after about 5 seconds.
Basically its pretty bad at going through the gears when foot is down. Don't know if its normal in the liberty's being a 2.5L 4 cyl.
Any input would be great.
