Gearbox interchangeability (4EAT)

I'm chasing a replacement gearbox for my wifes 08 Gen 4 Liberty (TV1B8MCEBA) & a similar one has popped up locally with low K's (TV1B8MFFAA) - 09 Gen 4.
Would it be a direct replacement physically & electrically? The current one is getting quite noisy & am sure it's the front diff that's on it's way out.
